Recruiters Aaron Allen and Bayley Garland, both from Aerotek, joined our chapter’s interview panel discussion on Saturday, May 30th. Topics included: What to include on a resume, how to prepare for phone/virtual/on-site interview, smart answers to interview questions, when/how to negotiate your salary, and how the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the job market for STEM scientists.  We also had a fruitful Q&A session as attendees from both academia and industry were able to obtain advice on how to handle various scenarios from job hunting to interviewing. Thank you to our panelists for enlightening us with your recruiting experiences and our attendees for your participation!
